SIBO
SIBO protocols abound. DFH's is reasonable but might not be enough if you also have SIFO:
1) Prune back the overgrowth
2) Feed the bugs you want to grow
3) Limit gut unfriendly food/drink/meds
4) Find a way to deal with stress +/- other harmful emotions

Allergies
Just about all allergies are a gut issue, with an element of omega 3-6-9 imbalance. Chris Kresser's 1-month gut flora rebalance protocol is nothing short of Biblical. For symptomatic relief, DFH has HistaEze.
